安瑟管理顧問有限公司成立於1993年，累積有近三十年製造業管理的經驗背景，專注在企業資源規劃(ERP)、供應鏈管理(SCM)、運籌管理及相關專業領域上，致力於協助企業提昇其整體績效。引進國外最新的管理理念與方法(know-how)，不斷開發新的課程培育企業所需的人才，並提供企業經營的諮詢、顧問輔導及內部教育訓練等。並於98年度通過行政院職訓局TTQS（訓練品質系統）評核榮獲訓練機構版銀牌，為標竿企業。也榮獲經濟部中小企業終身學習92年度及95年度終身學習護照推廣績優獎。
自2002年起引進全球公認最具權威APICS(美國資源管理協會)的CPIM『國際產業管理師』認證課程，並於2004年8月成為APICS在台代表，負責辦理CPIM(國際產業管理師)及CSCP(國際供應鏈管理師)之認證考試及舉辦教育訓練課程。致力於協助企業及個人提升其整體績效與競爭優勢。
近年來自國外引進限制管理(Theory of Constraints ; TOC)且成立限制管理 TOC知識研發中心，於國內散播TOC的知識及應用。目前TOC已應用於一般企業、教育界及個人。
安瑟自1993年成立以來，參加本公司公開課程的學員已超出20,000人次以上，諮詢顧問及企業內訓超過400家公司以上，並且與國立交通大學推廣教育中心合辦「製造管理師」及「工程背景經理人」二班，以及與 資策會合辦「企業資源規劃(ERP)進階研習班」、「供應鏈管理(SCM)進階研習班」。
本公司也接受國內企業委託代為甄選及推薦企業所需之人才，亦為即將就業或欲轉換工作跑道之個人免費提供就業機會 ( 應徵人員可免費服務)；本公司有資深的人力資源顧問，負責對合適的人才進行面談及評估，並與企業所需的人才特性、需求相匹配。以期在最短的時間找到最合適的人選，向需才的企業推薦。
為因應知識經濟時代來臨，安瑟管理於2002年成立數位學習部門，以專業的企業管理顧問知識投入數位多媒體課程規劃開發。以數位課程與實體研討搭配學習效益追蹤評量所形成的混程式教育訓練方式，提供個人及企業更多元化、更豐富、更有效益的學習，幫助企業、個人獲得管理知識的持續提昇。
